With many years of operations experience in large companies and then in a start up, he brings a wealth of knowledge and focus to LexMed. As Chief Operating Officer for Ox, he completed multiple funding rounds, grew the company 4x and managed seven different areas, including Tech, Sales, Finance, Customer Success and HR. Before Ox, he led AI efforts at NCR and had a significant operations role at Walmart.

At LexMed, Brent's focus is on running the day-to-day business while planning for the future. Results oriented and detail focused, he brings rigor and decision making to the team while also working to "see around the corner." With such a deep and wide experience base, Brent has the ability to quickly see risks, mitigate and keep the team pointed in the right direction to achieve critical goals. As a technical leader, he understands software and cloud issues, architecture and security, and can guide the team during difficult decisions.
